The Brief

The OSIM uCozy Heart isn’t a new product; all of its wonderful features have been highlighted before. However, product designers found a way to not only make this new version wireless but also plush and huggable, while collaborating with Disney. It seemed that the product would be the top gifting idea for Christmas 2021. Unfortunately, that was not the case. Aside from the usual challenges, we faced our most unexpected one: delays in shipment till the third week of December due to global forces.

The Idea

The pandemic has put a strain on many things humanity holds dear: relationships, mental well-being, friendships, and more. But they all stem from the same emotion: love. Positioning the product as a way to “Say I Love You”, the 20-second video highlights long-distance relationships, our front-liners’ struggles and rekindled connections.
